The Instant Pierce tool carries a lifetime warranty that includes defects in manufacturing and/or breakage during normal use. This warranty excludes the tool's tip and gasket. The company will repair or replace, at its discretion, any tool deemed "defective" or "broken". This warrantee applies to only tool purchases made after December 1, 2002. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
