All items ship SAME DAY if paid online or over the phone Monday-Friday before 2:00pm CST. Purchases made after 2:00pm will ship next business day. This includes UPS NEXT-DAY and 2nd DAY AIR shipments.

Estimated delivery for UPS GROUND (standard shipping charge) is 5 business days from date of purchase. Prices on UPS AIR (3-Day, 2nd DAY AIR, & NEXT-DAY AIR) vary, based on delivery zip-code, weight, box-size, and declared value.

If your merchandise arrived damaged, call the carrier that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt.

COD returns cannot be accepted.
